Garment-only options do not include a battery. The 10000 mAh and 20000 mAh options include the selected battery. If you want to use a battery you already own, send its output specifications and connector photo to support@thermstride.com so we can check compatibility for your chosen garment.

Standard tracked shipping is free to eligible destinations. Delivery is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch from Hong Kong. Eligible returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery; non-quality return shipping is customer-paid.
